At Battle Ground Computers, we offer a unique blend of hometown service and professional expertise. Our two full time bench technicians ~ Tom and Daniel ~ have almost 40 years of hands-on experience between them, and spend a good part of every day reading the lastest technical blogs and geek sites to keep their skills up to date. Tom and Daniel are backed up by our part time crew ~ Matt and Mike ~ who also bring their own special abilities to the workbench. Malware removal and prevention
In the last two years, we have seen hackers become bolder and more creative in their efforts to infect computers. Most are using techniques that are undectectable by traditional scanners. Rather than diagnosing problems based on symptoms or errors (they're just clues for us), we use sophisticated analyzers to look "under the hood" to pinpoint and diagnose the CAUSE of problems.

Security and Training
Once your computer is repaired, we offer one-on-one training in how to use our recommended security tools to protect the computer from future infections. Hardware repair
As part of the diagnostic process, we check for common hardware issues: we test memory, do a hard drive diagnostic, make visual inspection for loose coolers, blown capacitors, etc.

Laptop Repairs
We do screen and keyboard replacement, jack repair or replacement, and other specialty laptop repairs.

Data recovery and transfer
We use powerful recovery software and alternate operating systems to access files on hard drives that have become defective or unreadable. If our software can't recover data, we can refer you to other recovery specialists.

Performance Tune-up
Slow performance is often a symptom of a bigger problem, but sometimes a performance tuneup really is all you need. We can help you there.

Time for a new machine? Our technicians will build just what you need, from a simple family computer, to a super-fast gaming machine, to one with advanced graphics capabilities. Built to order right in our shop, and serviced right here should any issues arise. Our machines are fully warranteed.

Can't make it into our shop? The following services can be performed at your home or office. We offer hourly pricing with no travel fees.

Need to set up file or printer sharing? Yep, we do that also.
